Chaumont-sur-Loire has an annual garden festival where garden designers create interesting gardens based on the theme chosen for the year. As it is new every year you never know what to expect when you go there. As well as the garden festival there is the chateau to visit with its own gardens which are equally as interesting. Chaumont is to the east of us and is reached in about 75 minutes with a nice drive following the Loire.
