The Oriental Garden at Maulevrier are very different to any of the other gardens in the region and well worth a visit at any time of the year. Covering 29 hectares the Parc has been lovingly restored after it had not been cared for for many years and now is back to the magnificent gardens they originally were. From May to the end of September the Parc is open several nights a week where the special lighting gives it a completely different quality. Maulevrier is about 75 minutes from here
